Who to Refer to Quietly Grounded

A gentle introduction
Quietly Grounded offers practical mindfulness, meditation and coaching for everyday life.

It’s for people who want to slow things down a little, feel less overwhelmed and create some breathing space without anything feeling overly spiritual or complicated.

You don’t need to know exactly what someone needs before introducing us. If you think they might benefit from a conversation, that’s enough.

Who might be a good introduction?

The woman who never switches off

She’s busy, carrying a lot, always thinking about the next thing and rarely takes time for herself.
She might say:
“My brain just doesn’t stop.”
“I need to slow down.”
“I know I should make more time for myself.”

The woman going through a change

Life might be shifting with work, family, menopause, confidence, relationships, or simply reaching a point where she wants something different.

The woman who wants to try mindfulness

Someone who is curious about meditation or mindfulness but doesn’t know where to start or has tried apps before and found them difficult to stick with.
Quietly Grounded is designed to make it feel approachable and realistic.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Practical sessions to help people slow down, become more present and build simple habits they can actually use in everyday life.

1:1 Support & Coaching

A calm space to talk, reflect, set intentions and work through where someone is now and where they’d like to be.

Small Groups & Workshops

Relaxed sessions for women’s groups, community groups, wellbeing events and small organisations.

You might hear someone say…

“I’m completely overwhelmed at the moment.”

“I can’t switch my brain off.”

“I really need to do something for myself.”

“I’d love to try meditation but I wouldn’t know where to start.”

“I feel like I’ve lost myself a bit.”

“I need to get some balance back.”

If you hear something like that, you don’t need to diagnose what they need. Just introduce us.

Who else would I love to meet?

Women’s groups and communities
Groups looking for speakers, wellbeing sessions or gentle mindfulness experiences.

Event organisers
Retreats, wellbeing events, women’s events and community programmes.

Small businesses
Businesses wanting an approachable wellbeing or mindfulness session for their team.

Making an introduction is easy

You don’t need to explain Quietly Grounded perfectly.

Something as simple as:

“I know someone called Maria who runs Quietly Grounded. She offers really practical mindfulness, meditation and coaching. I thought you two might get on. Shall I introduce you?

is absolutely enough.

I’d much rather have a friendly conversation and discover I’m not the right person than miss an introduction because someone wasn’t sure.
